This colorful letter activity is so easy to use! Simply print, cut and play!

For more of a review activity, the letters can be mixed up and your child, student or group can work to find the correct matches.

This would be perfect as an independent activity, a partner game or literacy center.

For the new learner, I really like to line up all the uppercase letters and hand them the lowercase letters as we go. This way they are able to focus on one letter at a time!

Extended Activities

Sensory Bin

Another fun idea would be to put all of the uppercase and lowercase letters in a sensory bin and have the students dig for a match! Rainbow rice made with food dye would be perfect or you can use cotton balls as clouds.

Hide & Find

One of my favorite ways to get the kids up and moving is to tape one set of letters around the house or classroom. Then they are given the other set and have to run around and find the matches!

Partner Letter Match

For one final movement activity, give each student in the class one letter and let them find their letter match partner!
