It is almost Spring around here and we are so excited! We have had a very chilly, snowy winter with quite a few days off school. We are ready for some fresh air and some fresh new Spring activities as well! This Rainbow Printable Alphabet Matching Game is perfect for a fun new literacy activity.

Rainbow Printable Alphabet Matching Game
This Rainbow Letter Match can be used so many different ways and we love the vibrant colors it brings to our structured learning time at home!
This colorful letter activity is so easy to use! Simply print, cut and play!
For more of a review activity, the letters can be mixed up and your child, student or group can work to find the correct matches.
This would be perfect as an independent activity, a partner game or literacy center.
For the new learner, I really like to line up all the uppercase letters and hand them the lowercase letters as we go. This way they are able to focus on one letter at a time!

Another fun idea would be to put all of the uppercase and lowercase letters in a sensory bin and have the students dig for a match! Rainbow rice made with food dye would be perfect or you can use cotton balls as clouds.
Hide & Find
One of my favorite ways to get the kids up and moving is to tape one set of letters around the house or classroom. Then they are given the other set and have to run around and find the matches!
Partner Letter Match
For one final movement activity is to give each student in the class one letter and let them find their letter match partner!
